Introduction
REF has adopted modern teaching learning methodology with student centered approach of conducting classes. Teaching learning activities are carried out under qualified and experienced faculty members with the use of necessary audio visual aids. Series of lectures and tutorials are the regular processes through which the students can get the expected level of knowledge of the subjects in a devised time. Regular internal assessment tests will be routinely conducted to find out the strengths and weakness of the students so that remedial teaching can be carried out to enhance individual potentiality. This will prepare all the students, even the low ability students for the final examinations.

Whitefield Higher Secondary School is an educational institution that has been rendering its service since its foundation in 2037 B.S with the motto “For the development of a whole person”. We believe that our pedagogical virtues help us provide the best for our students. It has been continuously making substantial contribution to the education sector in Nepal. Today Whitefield School is recognized as a centre of excellence in the academic horizon.
The full development of a child is of great importance to Whitefield School. Our broadly based curriculum especially designed to aid child’s development is followed while also covering all areas of the curriculum. According to the level and need of children, our teachers goes into whole-class, one-to-one, or mixed- ability teaching.. Down memory lane ( Walk of Fame)
- Our ex-student Ms. Pooja Shrestha was honored with Aishwarya Vidya Padak and Indira Upadhaya Gold Medal.
- Ms. Sunena Shelalik and Ms. Sabina Dangol had topped T.U. in the BBS level exam of 2058 B.S. Ms. Sunena Shelalik was honored with Mahendra Vidya Bhusan .
- Mr. Rupendra Choladyo topped the HSEB exam from the science stream with 87.86% in the year 2056 B.S.
- Our student Ms. Anney Maharjan topped the school and also stood board 2nd among the girls with 93.28% in the year 2068 B.S.
The credit of this grand accomplishment goes to our valued parents, guardians and well wishers who have strong belief in us and recognized our sustained devotion and commitment. The other part of the credit undeniably goes to our teaching and administrative personnel along with the students who have been relentlessly making tremendous contribution for the promotion and success of this institution.
